Yoga Therapy uses traditional yoga postures to treat many health issues such as lower back pain. Our ethos is to develop custom routines to treat the body holistically. By using a multi-level approach, our therapy delivers both localised and systemic relief. Medicinal yoga has been used for thousands of years in India, where it is used to treat both emotional & physical conditions. Our therapeutic routines are formulated by Mika Sugawara, who has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. She has trained in many forms of yoga including, Iyenger, Astanga Vinyasa & therapeutic yoga. She qualified as a Sivananda Yoga Teacher from The International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre in India in 2008. She teaches classes in London & Surrey, and works with individuals on a therapeutic basis for rehabilitation purposes.
